Pure sine wave is much closer to the power of mains electricity than modified sine wave is. Instead of the stepped wave of a modified sine wave, the wave rises and falls smoothly, giving a less stressful output to connected devices. Some more sensitive devices require pure sine wave in order to function at their best, so this makes to Condor 100 compatible with a wider range of devices.
